These terms apply to your use of FPL Analyzer at www.fpl-analyzer.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FPL Analyzer is an independent Fantasy Premier League analytics product. It includes public-data analysis, squad and transfer planning, projections, mini-league tools, an AI assistant, voice and image features, and articles/community features. Features may be experimental, change, or be removed.
FPL Analyzer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club. Club, competition, and player names are used for identification. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Projected points, transfer suggestions, captaincy picks, chip plans, rank forecasts, and similar outputs are estimates based on models and available data. Football is unpredictable and the outputs can be wrong.
The AI assistant, translations, image recognition, some summaries or articles, and voice transcripts can be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Verify anything important before relying on it.
The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial, gambling, medical, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your FPL decisions and for checking official deadlines, rules, prices, injuries, and line-ups.
To request account deletion, follow the process in the Privacy Policy. The in-app deletion control clears this browser and submits a request to a legacy store; it does not by itself guarantee deletion of every server record or public post.
You must not:
Reasonable personal use of publicly displayed analysis is permitted. Any extraction or reuse of third-party FPL or publisher data remains subject to the rights and terms of its source.
You retain the rights you hold in text and images you submit. You give FPL Analyzer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the community feature in which you posted it. The licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backups, legal records, and copies made by others while it was public.
You are responsible for your submissions and confirm you have the required rights and permissions. Public posts, profile information, and post images can be viewed and copied by others. FPL Analyzer may remove content, limit posting, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the Service.
The Privacy Policy describes the actual categories of data and processors used, including Supabase, Google, ElevenLabs, Vercel, the official FPL API, and some CORS relays. The Cookie Policy describes essential browser storage and optional Google Analytics. These documents form part of these terms.
External services, source articles, and linked sites are controlled by their operators and have separate terms and privacy practices. FPL Analyzer is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
The Service uses public Fantasy Premier League data and may display credited headlines, summaries, and images from external publishers. No ownership of that third-party material is claimed. If you are a rights holder with a specific concern, email evgenimilushev3@gmail.com with the URL and supporting details.
Except for your content and third-party material, the Service's original software, interface, branding, and original editorial material are owned by or licensed to the operator. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. FPL data, models, AI providers, integrations, and hosting can fail or become stale. No promise is made that the Service will always be available, secure, compatible, current, or error-free. Maintenance, provider limits, or product changes can interrupt features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. To the same extent, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including lost rank, prize expectations, opportunity, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights. If a jurisdiction does not allow a stated exclusion, that exclusion applies only to the maximum lawful extent.
You can stop using the Service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for a material or repeated breach, a security risk, unlawful conduct, provider requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Sections intended by their nature to survive—such as responsibility for prior content, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after use ends.
These terms may be updated when the Service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will be presented through the site where reasonably practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, stop using the Service.
Applicable law and the courts or dispute procedures available to you depend on the operator's and your location and on mandatory consumer law. These terms do not claim an exclusive England-and-Wales jurisdiction where that has not been established and do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Before starting formal proceedings, contact the email below so the issue can be addressed informally.
Questions, notices, and rights-holder requests can be sent to evgenimilushev3@gmail.com.
